Commercial Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Responsible for budget, monitoring and contract administration of the project. Manage and coordinate all project related contractual matter. Responsible for pre and post contract management, sourcing of building materials, monitoring of constructions cost and procurement process, assessment of variation orders and finalize project final account. Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities. Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's interim claims. Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, contract documents, quotations submission, and any other relevant documents are well recorded and safe keeping. Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission to clients on time.
