Job Description.

Role and Responsibilities

· Conduct visual and physical inspections of painted vehicles to assess the quality of the finish, including color accuracy, texture, and adhesion as per Carro standards.

· Perform tests for paint thickness, gloss levels, and durability to ensure compliance with Carro standards and company specifications.

· Collaborate with the painting team to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.

· Maintain accurate records of inspections, including findings and corrective actions taken.

· Prepare daily quality reports for management review.

· Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing paint quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· High school, diploma or equivalent required.

· Experience as a vehicle spray painter or in a related field.

· Knowledge of various paint types and application techniques.

· Proven experience in quality control or inspection within the automotive industry, particularly in paint application.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Ability to work quickly and efficiently

· Familiarity with paint application techniques and materials.

Preferred Skills

· Vehicle painting skill

· Certification or training in automotive painting or related fields.

· Familiarity with color matching and mixing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
