F&B CLEANER

The FNB Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in food and beverage areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dining rooms, and restrooms. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events. Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to maintain a clean workspace. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, especially in a food service environment, is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Work Environment: Fast-paced food and beverage service setting. May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
