Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is an added advantage - At-least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles especially in real property industry - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team - Strategic thinker with a result-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets - Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with hotel systems Job Responsibilities: - Manage a client portfolio in alignment with assigned account distribution - Proactively generate new sales opportunities, identify prospects and assess leads, targeting both FIT and group segments in the B2B market - Responsively address sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking various services - Conduct property tours to showcase facilities and amenities - Prepare comprehensive proposals and contracts for the hotel, ensuring adherence to established SOPs and current business and pricing conditions - Formulate and execute sales plans aimed at achieving or surpassing predetermined revenue and room occupancy targets - Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, notably Reservations and Banqueting, to ensure an exceptional guest experience and develop robust sales strategies - Conduct market research and and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity and potential area for growth - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's client base - Understanding market trends and monitoring competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data - Monitoring sales goals and reporting results as necessary - Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas - Researching and developing lists of potential customers by doing market research - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth - Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales performance metrics, revenue forecasts, for management review.
