Kitchen Crew (Bintulu)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and portioning, according to recipes and guidelines provided by management. 2. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper storage of ingredients, equipment cleaning, and waste disposal. Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. 2. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. 5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
