PRIMARY FUNCTIONS - To support sales and marketing functions and work closely with various departments within group of company to enhance teamwork and coordination in the organization. - To provide full admin support to the department and responsible for helping the smooth running of the business by ensuring filing and documentation is kept up to date. - Ensure all jobs are performed strictly, follow the company procedures and comply with ISO requirements. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES a) To assist and provide support to Sales and Marketing functions, activities and campaigns across HQ and branch offices. b) Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling conferences and meetings. c) To assist in the preparation of various reports including for Project Tracking, Materials Forecast, Weekly Activity and other related reports which is required by the Regional Sales Manager or General Manager Sales. d) Monitoring performance indicators for sales team includes managing and compiling sales reports. e) To compile and update the job/project references for Denka range of products. f) To performing data entry duties in regard to sales figures and other key data. g) To contribute idea as well as creating marketing collateral. h) To communicate with technical department to obtain data and information necessary for marketing and advertisement purposes. i) To create and coordinate the digital marketing platform and evaluate the performance for advertisement and branding purposes. j) To manage and improve the company website, including design, content revisions and updates. k) To manage, monitor the stock level and coordinate the marketing tools and resources, such as technical data sheet, brochures, leaflets, bags, souvenirs, uniform and other relevant products. l) To ensure all the ISO documentations are being well kept, approved and follow up closely with respective person on incomplete documentations for ISO auditing purpose. m) To perform any other duties assigned by Regional Sales Manager / General Manager-Sales. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS a) Possess a Certificate / Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing & Advertising, Business study or equivalent. b) Results oriented, a team player, good interpersonal and organisational skills. c) Well versed in Computer software : Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint), website and software design. d) Willing to learn attitude and ready to take on new tasks and willing to travel for business purposes within Malaysia when required.
