Key Responsibilities: - Oversee job postings, screen applicants, and conduct interviews. - Ensure employee records are up-to-date and comply with labor laws. - Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training programs for new employees. - Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits. - Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues. - Organize and manage daily office operations and procedures. - Maintain and order office supplies as needed. - Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Assist in creating reports and presentations. - Ensure a safe and pleasant working environment. - Prepare and manage quotations and invoices. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in HR and administrative roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of HR software and databases is an advantage.
