Sales Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at TOP DESIGNERS (M) SDN BHD in Selayang, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while contributing to the overall sales and growth objectives of the company. What you'll be doing • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions • Assisting with product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings • Handling sales inquiries and orders in a timely and efficient manner • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales activities • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities • Providing excellent customer support and building strong relationships with clients • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends What we're looking for • Fresh graduate or school leaver is welcomed to apply • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the uniform manufacturing company (not compulsory) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively • Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities • A keen interest in sales and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal • A collaborative team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the company
