Production Leader

To monitor production processing line, to ensure the implementation of the system food safety and quality system are followed, and manage manpower efficiency and any other related duties as assigned. Work on rotation and supervise the production team during the day or night shifts according to a fixed monthly schedule; Supervise and also work together with the production team in the various production process, including Prepping, Mixing, Baking & Packing. Being hands-on in all processes is expected; Monitor and support the production processes of our products in their various sizes and genres according to our recipes; Act as the middle person between the production team and all other departments to ensure production plan is carried out smoothly; Making sure that all production areas are safe and hygienic places to work and maintained at all times. Also, to ensure all team members adhere to safety and cleanliness SOPs; Quality Assurance - Ensure all products are maintained in its quality, packed in the right packaging and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan; Inventory Planning - Ensure necessary materials are available and organized in the production area Monitoring and ensure production activities according to plan. Collecting and check production information, then identify areas for improvement and execute the improvement needed Understand food safety and quality management system and ensure compliance by the production team. Ensure cleanliness of factory is maintained at all times Ensure operator and section leaders work according to instructions and standard procedures To undertake other responsibilities pertaining to food safety and quality as and when assigned from time to time.
