SBE Feeder/Bobcat Driver

 Screen SBE quality by doing settling rate test to check the quality of the SBE input to the plant  Maintain the amount of SBE to the extraction plant for continuous flow and optimum concentration in D1  Segregate visible unwanted material and high moisture in the SBE prior to the feeding at the first hopper  Inform the Shift Supervisor of any unsatisfactory quality of the SBE for further action  Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the feeding area for conducive working environment  Ensure the walking pathway in SBE feeding area is clear of any hindrance for a safe working environment  Use suitable PPE for working in dusty area for maintaining healthy work style  Maintain the good condition of entrusted bobcats by cleaning, blowing and washing to prolong the longevity of the bobcats  Maintain good condition and cleanliness of all rotating equipment from 1st hopper, 1st Belt Conveyor, Rotary Screen, 2nd Hopper, Tapis Screen, 2nd Belt Conveyor and Baby Hopper  Inform the Shift Supervisor of any issues related to bobcats and rotating equipment for immediate action  Drive bobcat in full awareness and try to avoid turning in a small area  Segregate unwanted SBE to the DOBE shed after informing the shift supervisor for advice.  Construct DOBE bund wall for restricting water from last paddle or pit pumping during night shift if required, for maintaining the condition of the DOBE shed  Execute daily operation following ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ to reduce risks when working  Report to Shift Plant Supervisor for any incident, accidents or abnormal emission during the shift for immediate action  To comply all requirements of the systems
