Job Description 1. Document Status: Ensuring the accuracy of document issuance and that the document status reports are accurate. 2. RM Activity Control: Updating the movement of RM to ensure zero complaints. 3. Document Management: Ensuring that document issuance follows the set standards and updating records and reports. 4. Document Management: Assisting in scanning customer support documents into softcopy form. 5. Document Management: Printing and ensuring the movement of documents follows the set standards. 6. Customer Service Support: Assisting in supervising any customer feedback. 7. Customer Service Support: Assisting in communication processes between departments and RM, collecting customer feedback, and preparing reports. 8. Ensuring procedures and processes are within the timeline. 9. Ensuring that team members adhere to documentation standards and formatting guidelines. 10. Overseeing the use of document management systems and other tools. 11. Ensure the complying set SOP and timelines Requirement 1. Recognised Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 2. Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in related field. 3. Willing to travel if required with valid driving license. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with passion to provide solutions for problems and issues. 5. Able to multi-task, cope with stress and work with a sense of urgency when required. 6. Provide reporting with analysis 7. Self-driven and a team player. 8. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 9. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (verbal & writting). 10. Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Power point & Visio. 11. Proficient in CRM software; Avaya, 3cx, cisco, etc.
