Perform all the tasks in the packer area other than packing and serving Maintain high standard of food quality and freshness: ensure food is packed in a way that keeps the product fresh, and conduct quality check personally before putting items in the delivery bag Be responsible for the hygiene and ensure the packer area remains clean before any surprise inspections by Health, DBKK or Halal Departments. Prepare(arranging, packing and storing) products according to SOP Fill up the positions of the absent staffs and complete their duties Report to the MOD upon duties completion Ensure all newly cooked products including beverages have been tasted by the MOD Train new members of the service crew regarding the healthy working culture Clean all the equipment that is used in the packer area Practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle for all products Do not divulge any information about the products, brands and SOPs to any outsiders Comply with policies, rules & regulations as stated in the Employee Handbook
