Senior Account Executive

• Lead the monthly account closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. • Analyse variances and trends to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. • Review and approve daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. • Coordinate with auditors for the year-end audit, facilitating smooth communication and providing necessary documentation. • Address audit findings and implement recommendations for process improvements. • Collaborate with tax agents to ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax planning strategies. • Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key financial metrics and trends. • Assist in budget preparation by providing financial insights and analysis to support budgeting decision. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the IPO process, preparing financial documentation and disclosures
