Position: Senior Maintenance Executive Industry: Manufacturing (Furniture) Location: Port Klang Salary: RM4000 above About the Job As a Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure that machinery, equipment, and facilities are in good working condition. This role includes troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and repairing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems. The technician may also be tasked with inspecting and replacing parts, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Job Responsibilities Manage all installations, repairs and upkeep operations for the company's facilities. Oversee the development, implementation and adherence of all preventive maintenance projects. Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions. Assist with the maintenance of the calendar contracted services or when required. Ensure adequate supply of products are available for daily maintenance and emergency requirements. Maintain accurate records for all routine inspections of equipment and daily work logs Qualifications & Requirements Knowledgeable about building maintenance, electrical system, air conditioning, ventilation systems, fire protection system, painting and general carpentry repairs Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent time management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Good leadership skills Computer literate Previous managerial experience is a bonus Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
