Project coordination - Assist in the development of project plan, schedules, and budgets, focusing on ISO 9001:2015 project - Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information - Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures - Organise and attend stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions Documentation and reporting - prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings - Document project updates, meeting minutes and status reports - Ensure project documentation is maintaned and properly stored Communication - Liase with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives - Ensure clients needs are met as projects evolve - Provide administrative support as needed Task Management - Assist in the creation and maintenance of project management tools and templates Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs whenever required Risk Management - Identify potential risk and issues and work with the project team to mitigate them - Monitor project risks and escalate issues as necessary
