Job Description: 1) Good in answering telephones, handling email, operating office equipment and maintaining office supplies. 2) In charged person for company social media/Shopee/Lazada and company website. 3) Good skill in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Autocad/Adobe. 4) Good in communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa. 5) Able to prepare any official letter/memo etc. 6) Able to gather, compile, and verifies information and performs data entry (filling management). 7) Assist in monthly inventory. 8) Assist in shipping of goods. 9) Assists recipients of incoming stock. 10) Assist in training material preparation for training courses. 11) Able to make any brochure/product catalog/pamphlet using any editing software. 12) Know how to photostat/scan using a photostat machine. 13) Able to perform any ad hoc tasks. *Salary will be paid DAILY (part timer). *Showing a good attitude and great in teamwork will be absorbed as a permanent worker. *Office Hour: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday). * Any inquiries please call 018-236 7662.
