To sustain our amazing team who build effective learning and contribute to our growth, we’re seeking to add a Preschool Teacher to join our team at Taman Sutera, Johor Bahru. The Preschool Teacher responsible for the early education of children in their care including developing and delivering interactive learning programs designed to engage and educate young children. Job Responsibilities: • To ensure children’s safety in class or in the Preschool’s compound. • To prepare lessons plan and teaching materials in advance, i.e. flash cards, Charts and Concrete Materials for each topic / lesson. • To ensure children's discipline in the classroom during lesson time. • Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers. • To carry out daily duty assigned by Principal. • To maintain good relationship with parents and colleague. • Involved in every activity in child development program. • Plan activities and prepare the learning equipment daily according to student’s goal; • Record daily activities and student response in the system. • Work with therapist or teacher. • Conduct Parent Teacher Meeting. • Carry out the IEP together with team and parents. • Maintain tidiness of the classroom after use daily. • Maintain good relationship with kids / parents / healthcare service provider / public. • Actively involved in company Projects; • Be a Joyous ambassador; • Participate in any company events including seminar, workshop and monthly meeting. • Any other duties assigned by the management. Requirements: • Typically requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Special Early Childhood or equivalent. • Between 1 to 3 years working experience in a similar capacity role and able to work on own initiative with limited supervision. • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English (strong) and Bahasa Malaysia. • Knowledge in child development and preschool educational methods.
