Key Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant : Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports related to Finance, Account & HR operations. Provide necessary reports to other departments (Operations, Accounts & Finance, Management) and external parties, including clients and vendors. Attendance Monitoring: Track and monitor the attendance of employee by using access device or any others tracking method Administrative Assistance: Support management and supervisors in enhancing administration, management, and operational effectiveness. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle any other ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time. Director Support: Assist the Directors in the supervision, marketing, and maintenance of technical and professional standards of service for the company. Routine Clerical Tasks: Assist in routine clerical tasks including documentation, filing, coordinating, and following up on administrative duties, data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, conducting training facilitation, and performing outlet visitations.
