Our Client is a Digital Marketing/ Marketing Company. They aim to assist more enterprises to transform through digital marketing with its own copywriting, design, shooting, advertising, and marketing strategies that provide one-stop marketing solutions. Position: Marketing Operations (Specialize in Account Management) Location: Jalan Imbi, KL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Create print and digital content to showcase our products or services · Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content, develop content that accurately reflects company’s ideas · Creative writing, producing content for company marketing platforms, such as website, social media and news letters · To research on the material needed to write article/product description/presentation · Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience · Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials · Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and social medias · Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints REQUIREMENTS: Possess a Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, New Media, Public Relations or related discipline. Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in the relevant field with experience in creating strategy writing for multiple platforms, content creation and also community management. Experience in delivering Marketing campaigns, for both paid and non-paid media. Experience with major social media management platforms and analytic tools. A good understanding of social media advertising, social listening platforms and knowledge of Google SEO/SEM. Know the concept behind CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPM (Cost Per Mile), CPV (Cost Per View), CPC (Cost Per Click) and how it works. Creative, able to produce innovative and original ideas, attention to details, self- motivated, adaptable to a fast pace work environment with tight deadlines. Willingness to learn, pleasant attitude, good work ethics and a great team player. Excellent in communication skills. Good time and project management skills to engage with our partnership collaboration & clients. Proficient in both written and spoken English, BM and Mandarin. REMUNERATION PACKAGES: Basic: RM 2,500 starting salary EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Commissions Working Days: Mon – Friday 10am - 5pm
