RECEPTIONIST Greeting and welcoming guests (in person and telephone) Taking bookings from Online Travel Agency (OTAs) Taking calls and making calls to guests Keeping Front Desk and lobby area clean. Keeping check in records and daily transactions. Ensure operation system working properly. Maintains SOPs and cleaning reception area tidily. Friendly, soft-spoken and able to do basic housekeeping. Requirements: Minimum SPM level Able to work on shift, long hours, weekends and public holidays. Experience as receptionist/customer service is an added advantage. Good communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to work in a fast-moving environment. A matured personality and cheerful personality. Hardworking, able to multi-tasks, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency, Any ad-hoc duty assigned as when necessary. Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
