 Provide good service and promote products to customers by explaining product features in accordance with customer needs  Record and report sales units  Maintain a personality to always look attractive, friendly and patient during and after sales services to build relationships with customers.  Speaks fluently and can deal with customers  Plan daily, monthly and annual marketing strategies  Can work individually and in groups  Understand the needs and concerns of customers to provide the best quality of customer service.  Achieve set monthly sales targets.  Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the store in all aspects including shelves, stock, floor, bathroom, etc. to keep the store always looking clean.  Assist in daily stock and storage arrangements to maintain the cleanliness of the store space.  Gain knowledge of products and market trends by understanding product features and market needs in order to achieve higher sales.  Understand the latest promotions and campaigns announced by headquarters and communicate accurate information and details to customers.  Greet customers politely to build relationships and increase customer satisfaction levels.  Make a report to the 'branch leader' or store management if there are any problems, especially involving colleagues.  Make a report as soon as possible to the ‘branch leader’ or store management in the event of theft, loss of goods, or any other criminal act.  Perform assigned tasks with trust and sincerity.
