Technician

Job Description/responsibilities Attend to electrical installation, breakdown, trouble shooting. Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations. Liaise with relevant authorities, clients & vendors to ensure compliance of the applicable laws, including TNB, ST, and other regulatory governing bodies. Responsible for the proper & efficient installation, operations and maintenance of electrical equipment, without jeopardise/violate safety requirement. Carry out maintenance activities including preventive and breakdown maintenance. Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems. Other tasks as assign by the Production Manager / HOD. Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative Job requirement With at least 3 Year(s) or working experience in the related field. With at least a valid Certificate of Competency as a Wireman (PW4) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Having a GCPV SEDA certificate (chargeman AO / BO) would be an added advantage Able to multi task, possess strong organisational and time management skills Ability to hand-on and lead & manage team of technicians/workers for electrical installation works Ability to work overtime, during weekend and Public Holiday Possess own transport (car). Requirements - welding experience - Mechanical / Electrical background - With PW competency is a plus.
