HR Officer - Nilai

We offer one (1) permanent role for this position and you will be responsible for overall HR functions. We are looking for someone who has: • At least 1 Year of working experience in manufacturing recruitment. • HR core functions experience is an added advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with SAP system. • Detailed oriented and have good knowledge in HR processes. • Good knowledge of Employment laws and regulations, including Immigration policies and practices. • Excellent communication and people skills. • Immediate Starter is preferred. Here is a glimpse of what you will do: • Act as HR Generalist. • In-charge of Employee Life Cycle from 'Hire to Retire'. • Maintain employee database and personal files. • Familiar with foreign workers application process and renewals. • Assist in Performance Management reviews. • Provide support to employees in HR related matters such as attendances, leaves, claims, benefits and resolve any issues that may arise. • Perform all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
