FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

1. Responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, service and trouble-shooting of building mechanical, electrical & electronic system. 2. Supervise vendor or contractors. 3. Handling of schedule waste, dealing with schedule waste collector. 4. To keep and maintain proper records and filing of documents for easy retrieval. 5. To undertake other duties relating to the unit’s functions and objective as may be directed by the superior from time to time. 6. To have a good control of equipment spares. 7. To maintain good workplace organization and housekeeping. 8. Understand and interpret basic 2-dimension drawing and applied to workplace. 9. Understand and interpret basic electronics / electrical circuit and applied to workplace. 10. Comply with Environmental Control procedures documented. (whenever applicable) 11. Complete all required environmental records. (whenever applicable) 12. Report environmental nonconformity to their superiors. (whenever applicable) 13. Maintenance of plant & production equipment. (whenever applicable)
