1. Manage hiring channel effectively to keep recruitment cost low and within the service level agreement. 2. Create and maintain job postings on relevant job portals or recruitment channel. 3. Supporting overall recruitment activities which includes executive & non-executive hiring. 4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and create accurate job descriptions. 5. Maintain a professional relationship with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. 6. Responsible for ensure all the necessary recruitment documentation is in place for both hardcopy and softcopy. 7. Execute reference check for all potential candidate before official offering. 8. Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment (laptop, access card, register car plate number) and support to be successful. 9. To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible. 10. To deliver the result within the value system of EITA. 11. And all other duties as assigned.
