To assist in daily operations such as AP & purchases invoices entry. To prepare cheque payments & payment voucher. To update cash book and perform bank reconciliation. Responsible in prepation of banking and finance related documents for signatures and timely submission. To assist in preparing timely reporting such as budget variance, SST, depreciation, and etc. Handling communications with vendors via phone, email and in-person whenever required. Responsible in customers' credit process. To maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner. Other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
