Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To do daily Checklist checking and monitoring. - Air Compressor (To do manual discharge as Chargeman instruction) - Hot water system - Cooling Tower - LV reading and Power factor reading. - Ammonia plant - AHU - Domestic tank and RC tank water level. 2. To carryout handymen job - Repairing door frame and doors. - Toilet flushing. - Minor blocking of main holes. - Assist to help on production needs. 3. Machine keeper - To carryout minor service of machines. - To do machine checklist (To make sure machines in order). - Able to learn on machine troubleshooting and assist the supplier during machine repairing. 4. To assist Chargemen on electrical troubleshooting - Changing Capacitor. - Replace faulty Lightings. - Replace Blower fans. - 5s and keep clean of all utilities room such as LV, HT, Server, Gen-Set room and Ammonia Plant. - Learn and understand on Fire system in case of any emergency. - Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: - Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalents. - At least 1-3 years working experience in maintenance of manufacturing industries. - Knowledge of electrical is an added advantage. - Understand electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. - Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety. - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. - Ability to perform electrical and mechanical jobs. - Good sense to create safe working area.
