Website: https://alysolutionshq.com/ | https://terokatravelandtours.com/ Job Description: • Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs. • Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials • Sales, payment, tour briefing and some other administrative tasks. • Handle unforeseen feedback. • Attend all kinds of travel fair related to travel. • Willing to learn on the job with latest trends and possessing good work ethics is key. • Build and maintain relationships with clients. Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Saturday (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) Requirements: • Minimum SPM/STPM. Diploma or Degree holders preferred. • Knowledge of travel agent/airline ticketing with minimum 1-2 years experience is preferable. • Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant • Simple knowledge of Office tools • Willing to learn on the job and possessing good work ethics is key. • Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively. • Experience in Travel, Sales, Ticketing, Inbound/Outbound or relevant field will be preferred. Salary : Starting from RM2000+ (Negotiable depending on background and experience) Other Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical, Sales Commission available.
