Job description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resources team. You will assist the day-to-day activities of the HR Division, Payroll Division, and related Division of the Human Resources Department Jobs Scope Recruitment & Selection •Responsible for the full recruitment activities, liaising with Managers to understand organizational talent needs. •Ensure job advertisements are placed at the right channels to attract the right talents, review and revise the job advertisements on a regularly basis to ensure in-coming responses •Ensure all recruitments (including external partners) are in compliant with the local legislation requirements, •Responsible for interview arrangement with candidate and hiring manager for the interview appointment, conduct reference checks to ensure the right hire and advise Manager on any discrepancies •Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. •Prepare and issue employment contracts – ensure employment contracts are compliant with the local legislation •Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company HR Administration •Generate all HR / Employee documents in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring consistency and professionalism •To prepare all correspondences, reports and memos pertaining to HR matters •Maintain integrity of all employee files, ensuring strictly confidentiality for efficient operation •Monitor maintenance compensation & benefits i.e insurance •To perform any other related job assignments as and when required •To perform of full cycle of payroll processing using HR2000 system Compliances • To handle disciplinary matter including staffs counselling, grievances handling, domestic inquires & termination process & other industrial relation procedures in compliance with local Labor Law. •Implementing and monitoring HR Policies, procedure and practices •Make sure company’s JTK matters compliance with the Law Requirements: •Candidate possess in Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources. •Good skills in HR2000 or other related HR software •Strong communication skills in written words •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. •Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations. •Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
