• Assist with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties. • Provide clerical and administrative support to superior. • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc. • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc) and take minutes. • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations. • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, absences, bonus, leaves , etc). • To carry out all tasks related to foreign worker employment pass application matter with hostel inspection. • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. • Assist our recruiter to source candidates and update our database. • Ad hoc HR and admin matter from time to time. • Participate in formulating the administrative policies. • Ensure smooth administration of stationery and supplies to the company. • Ensure office is properly maintained. • Ensure guests are well received and all telephone calls are properly handled. • Must willing to work at Pontian. • At least SPM/Diploma in Management • Computer literate • Confidentiality • Discipline and work independently and responsibility
