Responsibilities Administrative Support: -Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel. -Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. -Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail. Office Management: -Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. -Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. -Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Documentation and Record Keeping: -Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical. -Ensure documents are filed in a timely and efficient manner. -Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents. Event Coordination: -Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. -Arrange for facilities, catering, and other logistics. Project Assistance: -Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. -Conduct research and compile data for reports. Customer and Staff Interaction: -Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. -Address inquiries and professionally resolve issues. Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees. JOB REQUIREMENT - Self-motivated, pleasant personality and good analytical skills. - PC Literate Especially Microsoft Excel - Able To Handle Paper Works - Must Be Able To Work Independently With Little Supervision - Own transport • Punctual, good discipline, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
