Job Description: • To manage the overall Sales performance and drive the sales to achieve sales targets and desire objectives set by company at your designated territory. • Develop innovative ideas to maximize sales and profit margin for the company. • Plan, coordinate and implement sales promotions. • Plan, coordinate and control all sales activities and ensure optimum efficiency and economies of operations are achieved in your territory. • To focus and responsible to assist on the designated coverage area • Develop sales plans and formulate short and long term for the selected Key wholesalers designated within your territory. • Resolve customer’s/ distributors trade issues complaints and operation matters. • Provide trade information and monitor competitors’ activities including pricing and marketing strategies and gather market intelligence to General Manager on monthly basis or as when is required. • Manage client / Distributor feedback on delivered programs and make necessary measures to improve client / distributor satisfaction. • Ensure correct pricing of products in the market place with reference to company RSP and also to avoid unreasonable extremely high or below costing pricing by retailers. • Work closely and conduct a monthly or quarterly meeting with van operators and wholesalers / dealers / distributors Owner & Sales Team to ensure desired distribution and penetration objectives are met. • Enhance merchandising and ensure rightful planogram Ming with bigger space with reference to market share across channels with particular emphasis towards hypermarket & supermarket chain. • To assume any other tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements : • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in business studies or equivalent. Those without qualifications but who have experience in the Sale Market FMCG field and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. • Minimum 3 years of sales experience. • Good interpersonal, result oriented, human relationship, problem solving and analytical skill. • Fluency in English (Verbal & Written), ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage. • Self-motivated, self-reliant and target & performance orientated. • Good time management capability • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel oversea. • Suitable or outstanding candidate may be considered for Higher Position • Willing to start immediately.
