1. Check stock to be deliver to customer before driver departure (check lorry). 2. Amend (DO/TAX INVOICE/CASH SALES) for driver delivery to customer every morning. 3. Mainly key in order for restaurant and hotel customer which received through WhatsApp, email & fax. 4. Check DO return by driver every day and transfer to invoice. 5. Amend and check all DO, TAX INVOICE, CASH SALES that have problem during delivery. 6. Fold transferred Tax Invoice and put in an envelope. 7. Attached Tax Invoice with customer order. 8. Settle customer request (CTC/MISSING TAX INVOICE/DO/CN). 9. Filing. 10. Job tasks that are not listed above, but will help other department if required. Job Requirements: Minimum SPM or Diploma Minimum 1 years relevant experience. Excellent in both written and verbal (Bahasa Malaysia/English) PC Literate.
