PEMBINAAN SUJAMAN SDN BHD We are an established ISO 9001-2015 certified Construction Company in Subang Jaya are now looking for highly talented and committed individuals who have the following qualifications and experience to join our Company: - Comply with legal and other requirements that applicable to the organization. Assist to follow through and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements to minimize liability and risks. -Perform post-hiring follow-up to ensure employees have a smooth transition into their jobs and at the same time building good work-relationship between HR and other stakeholders -Plan, execute, and follow-up on all recruitment activities which include but not limited to: -Ensure positions are posted appropriately and all necessary recruiting procedures are properly implemented, which resulting in the seamless and smooth human capital acquisition -Coordinate interview sessions and/or conduct interview and liaise with respective department head on potential candidates -Research sources and networks to identify potential candidates -Plan, coordinate and participate in career day activities -Implement and maintain internship programs with schools and protégé -Conduct reference check as when required -Ensure that all application and hiring paperwork is completed accurately and on time, providing tracking reports -Resume search and filtering -Assist division in preparing and managing manpower budget -Ensure the hiring, development and promotion of a diverse workforce -Build good work relationship and liaise with department head, recruitment agent, government bodies and relevant bodies on all recruitment activities -Assist to develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance -Assist in the apprenticeship and management trainee programme -Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company -Assist to prepare submission to relevant government department -Undertake any other duties and responsibilities from superior Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
