DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -To lead Health Tourism, Domestic & International Team to drive and meet Sales target. -To introduce and promote the hospital’s services, facilities, consultants, packages and promotions to clients i.e International Chain Hotels, Government, Banks, MHTC, Local and International Agencies. -To update clients on the Hospital’s latest services, facilities, consultants, packages and promotions. -To conduct visits to Local and International clients’ premises. -To develop excellent networking with clients. -Prepare Department Weekly and Monthly Reports. -To explore collaboration opportunities with clients. -To ensure in the delivery of approved targets and strategies -Monitor competitor’s activities. -Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior or management. EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business related or equivalent. • At least 3 years of working experience in sales & marketing, business development or equivalent in healthcare industry. • Able to communicate effectively in English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate can speak in Mandarin is an added advantage. • Fast learner who can adapt to change, able to work as a team. • Able to work under pressure and result oriented. • Able to travel locally and possess own transport. • Customer oriented, self-disciplined, results focused with a “can-do” attitude.
