SALES ENGINEER

Marketing and Work Responsibilities • Research market to identify new opportunities • Developing long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements • Working on the customer satisfaction in term of technical needs, quality, price and delivery • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events • Proactively assesses solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements and • recommends solution changes that optimize value for both the customer and the firm • Function as engineering liaison member to discuss/resolve engineering concerns • To prepare cost sheet for cost evaluation • To calculate process runtime for new products • To review and arrange all ECN request from customer • To generate BOM for all product costing list • Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall samples preparation • Material evaluation and spec. checking • To review and update drawing to Engineering • To coordinate and support trial-run with Engineering & Production • New product feasibility study Requirements • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, preferred • Min 3 years working experience in manufacturing • Process excellent technical, product & process knowledge • Self-motivated and focused with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional presentation skills as well as an experienced presenter in group setting to both technical and business audiences • Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude • Able to work independently and as part of a team
