Assistant Planning Manager

• Oversee the production planning and management activities within the organization. • Develop production plan, timeline according to production specification. • Develop and execute the master production plan to maximize plant resources to meet the customer demand. • To monitor, analysis and report the production performance. • Manage the oversea material planning to ensure materials are sufficient for the production run. • Coordinate with the project and R&D team to ensure all the tooling, equipment, artwork, material is in place. • To liaise with the customer to ensure customer requirements are addressed to our management. • To develop the production ramp up plan and review with internal parties before submitting to the customer. • To compile the monthly customer forecast report. • To generate the report with analysis the production performance & also the raise out the risk point for production to achieve target in the following months. • To develop and maintain a comprehensive master production schedule that aligns with customer demand, production capacity and inventory levels • To monitor and adjust the production schedule in real-time to accommodate changes in customer demand, supply chain disruptions, and production issue • To monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to ensure optimal stock level. Qualifications / Job Requirements • Minimum 5 years experiences in master scheduling or production planning. • Strong knowledge of production planning and schedule principles & proficiency in using MRP/SAP and scheduling software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
