Duties & Responsibilities: -To continuously maintain and provide support for internal hardware and software systems (i.e. ERP, POS, HR, website, email, server, VOIP, web domain, etc). -To plan, study and propose new IT solutions to meet the company’s needs. -To understand company’s workflow by working with employees from all departments in order to improve and develop smoother operation procedures. -To create, configure and maintain user account for employees based on requirement. -On standby to diagnose and troubleshoot any hardware and software issues that occur on day to day basis inclusive weekend / Public Holidays. -Assist roadshow teams to set up mobile network and to ensure that all computer peripherals are properly configured for roadshow operations. -To assist e-Commerce and e-Marketing team to create and maintain the attractiveness and accessibility of online platforms. -To help in monitoring the abuse and misuse of IT related equipment’s and infrastructure. -To provide basic IT or software training to employees from time to time to increase company’s overall IT literacy. -To provide training on internal systems and create training material for new employees. -To manage and maintain all IT assets of the company. -To uphold good relationship with all IT vendors for long-term partnership. -Attending conference, meetings, seminars, road show events and etc. Requirements: -Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in IT operation environment with at least a professional Certificate in IT. -Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating System and GPO. -Familiar with installation, configuration and administration of supporting systems, servers and network equipment. -Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills. -Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
