PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage technicians and operators to execute the daily production tasks. Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. Train and monitor technicians on the cassette cleaning process according to schedule. Responsible to ensure technicians and operators adhere to production standard operating procedure (SOP), Company policies, and safety procedures and regulations. Lead quality improvement issues at the Backend area and update the SOP whenever necessary. Execute continuous improvement activities related to production control, material control, machine utilization ratio, Management Review Board (MRB) quantity reduction, and line productivity. Enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize potential job injuries to the employees. Monitor and improve employee performance and disciplinary issues through coaching and counseling session. Develop and implement 5S activities, policies, and procedures. Drive the manufacturing cost reduction plan and activities. Any relevant and lawful task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time."
