To supervise and inspect site works at site.
To record, monitor and report site activities and work progress.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions etc.
To receive and check materials quality and quantity delivered to site.
To plan, arrange and supervising machinery usage at site.
To plan and coordinate site works with sub-contractor, workers, vendors and suppliers.
Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects and issues promptly.
To attend all project site meeting as well as technical meeting with client.
To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practises.
To undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by Immediate Superior/ Management from time to time.

Possess SPM or higher/ Certificate/ Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building/Infrastructure/ Construction Management/ Building Management.
Possesses 1-2 years of working experience as Site Supervisor/ Site Management or in the -Construction field.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Required languages (s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia- to communicate with China boss and counterparts.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally as required (Klang and Kuantan).
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision, possess supervisory skills, flexible and able to accommodate changing priorities and directions.
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage (URGENT HIRING).
