R&D Executive

1) New product development (NPD) • Assist to develop new products include processing and techniques. • To establish and update related work instructions include analysis method, product specification, formulation, ingredients list, nutritional fact & etc • Documented all projects report and samples status on time. • Review and improve the application for new and current raw materials and packaging materials when necessary. • Tackle problems encountered during processing and support procurement in ingredients selection. Support in evaluation with lab test and trial run. • Proactively initiate and follow up all R&D activities include lab-scale sample 2) Technical support in a trial run and product shelf life • To technical supports on production issues include processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging process to ensure finished products are safe and meet the required quality standard. • To conduct a sensory evaluation for shelf-life products and closely monitor product stability to determine product shelf life. • To develop new products and related processes with an embedded competitive advantage and added-value consumer benefits that capture current market trends and relevant consumer insights. 3) Administrative, Communication and Regulatory Support • To communicate with R&D staff and various departments to tackle problems, to establish objectives and to co-ordinate new projects either in a trial run and online troubleshooting. • Self-confident, pragmatic and able to build consensus and facilitate change across organizational lines. • Exceptionally analytical and strategic minded combining excellent communications skills and the ability to serve as an effective project. • Any other ad hoc task as requested by the immediate superior from time to time.
