Laser Technician

Responsibilities: 1) Operating laser marking, engraving and making machines to create products. 2) Control the laser and brake press equipment. 3) Monitor machines during cutting process to ensure optimum running. 4) Responsible for setting up operating machine for laser. 5) Involves ensuring that machinery are functioning correctly to produce high-quality products according to specifications. 6) Monitor the laser marking process to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications. 7) Work closely with the quality control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions. 8) Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking to ensure EMS/QMS remains effective and compliant. 9) To keep all company’s information which private and confidential (P&C). 10) Develop and uphold the implementation of the Company’s policies & SOP. 11) Enforce housekeeping is maintained at most favourable condition at all times. 12) Inform to superior if there is any un-foreseen problem happen in your workplace. 13) To take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or to others by your work activities. 14) To co-operate with employer and others in meeting statutory requirements. 15) To use and wear all the protective equipment provided at all time. 16) To comply all the rules on environmental and occupational safety & health. Minimum Requirements: 1) Diploma & above in Mechanical engineering / Material engineering / Manufacturing engineering or At least 3-5 years of working experience in Laser cutting or a similar role. 2) Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with laser marking machines and tools. 3) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and production schedules. 4) Commitment to safety and quality in the workplace. 5) Other competences: Responsibility & independently, attentive, team player and computer literate
