JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Daily Operations – Service Inquiry • In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of service inquiries on a daily basis. Your duties will include: 1. Assisting and monitoring service queries: • Providing support to customers or internal teams by responding to and tracking inquiries related to services. You'll ensure that all queries are addressed promptly and accurately. 2. Liaising and arranging across departments: Acting as a bridge between different departments to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth service delivery. This may involve facilitating communication between teams like customer service, operations, and technical support. 3. Managing the ticketing system and email communication: • Using a ticketing system to log and track customer inquiries, ensuring that each issue is properly documented and resolved within set timelines. You will also handle email correspondence to ensure efficient communication. 4. Overseeing service arrangements and monitoring: • Ensuring that all service-related activities are well-organized, assigned to the appropriate teams, and monitored for quality and completion. You'll also be responsible for tracking the progress of service delivery and making sure it meets organizational standards. 2. Daily Operations – Member Management: • You will be responsible for the management of members, overseeing their registration and resignation processes, and ensuring their training needs are met: • Handling member registrations: Managing the onboarding process for new members, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information is accurately collected and recorded. • Processing member resignations: Handling the offboarding process when members resign, ensuring all formalities are completed and that their exit is processed smoothly. • Conducting documentation checks: Verifying that all member-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. • Arranging member training sessions: Coordinating and organizing training sessions for members, ensuring that they receive the necessary education and development to perform their roles effectively. 3. Monthly Operations – Service Report • On a monthly basis, you will be tasked with: Compiling and reviewing monthly service reports: Gathering data on service performance and outcomes to generate detailed reports. These reports will help evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement. You will review the reports to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights for leadership and relevant departments. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualification, Experience & Skills Required • Candidate with minimum SPM level qualification. • Required language(s): English or Bahasa Malaysia and or Mandarin would be an added advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words) • Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Strong Communication Skills. • Able to work independently with a positive character and willing to take up new challenge.
