Marketing Strategy & Planning o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals. o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth. o Establish and manage marketing budgets effectively. 2. Campaign Management o Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the brand message. o Collaborate with content creators, agencies, and influencers to produce impactful content, including social media, ads, and other media. o Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing for maximum ROI. 3. Sales Growth & Lead Generation o Design and implement lead generation strategies, including email marketing, social media, and events. o Develop and maintain a sales funnel to nurture leads and convert them into long-term customers. o Coordinate with the sales team to set sales targets, monitor performance, and improve sales techniques. 4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) o Manage CRM tools to track customer interactions and engagement. o Implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction, utilizing feedback loops to enhance services. 5. Business Development & Partnerships o Identify and establish partnerships with industry influencers, educational bodies, and key stakeholders. o Attend relevant industry events to represent the organization, build networks, and increase brand visibility. o Collaborate with other departments to launch cross-functional initiatives, including product launches and special promotions. 6. Team Leadership o Lead and mentor the marketing and sales team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented culture. o Conduct regular training sessions to develop team capabilities in digital marketing, customer engagement, and sales techniques. o Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and sales, preferably within the education, ODL, or service sectors. • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including CRM, SEO, PPC, and social media management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience with data analytics and performance metrics to make informed decisions. • Team-oriented, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
