INJECTION MOLDING TECHNICIAN

JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshooting: i) Execute & update preventive maintenance programme. ii) Troubleshoot machine & facilities breakdown. Installation and Configuration: Execute new machineries installation & comissioning & validation. Inventory Management: Monitor & update spare part inventory and issue purchase requisition. Implement productivity improvement programme: Reduce cost through continous cost reduction effort Collaboration and Communication: i) Collaborate with other departments especially production division to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions to operations. ii) Work closely with Process Engineer in day to day operation. Documentation: Maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure all regulatory standards are followed along with safety, health and environment. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: i) Diploma or certificate holder with 2-3 years experience. Candidates without tertiary education should have at least 5 years relevant experience. ii) 3-5 years of experience in molding machine handling iii) Good fitness & not colour blind
