Senior Account Executive

• Manage and handle a full set of accounts, ensuring and compliance with accounting standards • Develop, implement, and maintain effective accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls in compliance with statutory requirements • Liase with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, solicitors, bankers, company secretaries, and other professionals, to ensure compliance with all audit, tax and statutory obligations. • Ensure complete and accurate capture of accounting records • Work closely with the management team to support in analyzing key strategic initiatives and help drive the business. • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company. • Advise Management on the company's financial status and highlight areas for potential improvement • Provide insightful information and analysis to Management to aid in decision making • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company • Collaborate closely with other team heads to contribute ideas or provide advice, particularly on financial matters. • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments by management.
