• Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers. • Provide internal sales support which including preparing quotation, confirmation order, delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documents. • Assist sales order processing and follow up on the delivery status of orders and track on the collection. • Co-ordinate with the logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to the customer. • Liaise with customers to provide update order status. • Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports. Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Detailed oriented and passionate towards serving others with great enthusiasm. • Able to commute to Bangi
