QA Technician

Responsibilities: 1) Perform inspections and testing for incoming materials based on inspection plan, drawings and specifications. 2) Assist to perform measurement, inspection and testing for in-process inspection based on inspection plan, drawings and specifications. 3) Assist to perform measurement, inspection and testing for out-going inspection for finished products based on inspection plan, drawings and specifications. 4) Responsible for identifying non-conformance & addressing them accordingly to superior. 5) To keep all company’s information which private and confidential (P&C). 6) Uphold and maintain the implementation of the Company’s policies & SOP. 7) Enforce housekeeping is maintained at most favourable condition at all times. 8) Inform to superior if there is any un-foreseen problem happen in your workplace. 9) To take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or to others by your work activities. 10) To co-operate with employer and others in meeting statutory requirements. 11) To use and wear all the protective equipment provided at all time. 12) To comply all the rules on environmental and occupational safety & health. Tasks: 1) To perform daily activity compliance with EMS/QMS. 2) Ensure proficient know-how and use of process documents e.g. flow charts / Procedures / Work Instruction before the tasks are performed. 3) Ensure equipment is calibrated within the required interval period. 4) Ensure that measuring equipment is stored adequately and maintained in good working condition. 5) Verify of incoming material certificate before release to Store warehouse. 6) Ensure cleanliness and safety at the workplace. 7) Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to specifications. 8) Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions. 9) Prepare reports for non-conformance products. 10) Perform FAI and GR&R studies for new project. 11) Provide ideas / suggestions to improve inspection processes, in consultation with QA Engineer e.g. 5S, CIP 12) To maintain proper filling for all respective document. 13) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS. 14) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required. Minimum Requirements: 1) SPM/SPMV & above. Fresh graduate or having 1-2 years of working experience in related field. 2) Maths must at least grade ‘C’ in SPM/SPMV. 3) Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949 is added advantage. 4) Knowledge in 5S, Safety and Health is added advantage. 5) Other competences: Responsibility, Fast learning, Attentive to work, computer literate
