M & E Engineer

Job Descriptions: • Supervise and coordinate all M&E work activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. • Review and verify M&E material quality and quantities delivered to the site. • Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless integration of M&E services with other construction activities. • Monitor the progress of sub-contractors' work and report to the Project Manager/Site Agent. • Assist in resolving any on-site technical issues related to M&E works. • Ensure that all M&E installation work is completed on scheduled. • Conduct regular inspections and testing of M&E systems to ensure quality and functionality. • Prepare and submit site progress reports and documentation as required. Job Requirements: • Preferably with a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E construction or a related field. • Candidate must have a background in M&E systems installation and coordination within building construction projects. • Strong understanding of construction standards, regulations, and safety procedures specific to M&E works. • Ability to lead and supervise M&E sub-contractors and site workers effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the project team and sub-contractors.
