Job functions include the overall of HR activities as well as HR administration: - Effectively manage payroll for all the entities while ensuring effective quality assurance, control and reporting processes to ensure data and money movement us secure and flowing correctly. Ensure payroll, tax & statutory calculation are accurate - Resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing the information and data - Ensure payroll process is in compliant and integrated with legal reporting concerns - Handling administrative matters pertaining to EPF, SOCSO, HRDC, LHDN - Responsible for the preparation of personnel administration matters including offer letters, resignation letter, transfer letter, and etc - Responsible in whole recruiting procedure and talent acquisition - Reviewing of contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers. - Maintenance of personal file including filing of documents - Responsible for the HRDCorp processes. - Monitor the confirmation status of new employees - Responsible for data maintenance in INFO-TECH system and ensure data is up to-date and accurate. - Monitor all the HR benefits tracking - Planning on employee training schedule - Managing all policy making procedure - Responsible with ISO procedure - Experience in Industrial Relation Act and Employment Act - Assist in Annual Business Planning (BP) and budgeting activity
